Home Improvement Assistance

The city of Ferguson has two low-cost loan programs that can help homeowners make needed repairs and improvements on their homes. The CHIL program offers loans with low interest rates, while the FNIP Loan Fund extends loans to low-income homeowners facing emergency health and safety issues or city code violations.

For more information on either of these programs, contact Rosalind Williams, Ferguson's Planning and Development Coordinator, at 524-5196.

Having a Conflict with a Neighbor?

Consider solving the problem with mediation. The Natural Bridge Community Mediation Center offers professional counselors who can work with you and your neighbor on issues like noise, trash, and barking dogs. Mediation sessions are very affordable, and they can be quite helpful, especially when the two parties involved can no longer communicate well.  For more information, contact the center at
(314) 381-9400, or visit the office at 8312 Natural Bridge.
